At Cigar Papí, every frame is made with care and intention. Because each piece is produced in limited quantities and inspected before shipment, we handle returns with the same precision we use in our craft.

Eligibility
    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
    •    Customized or engraved frames are final sale.
    •    To request a return, contact us at cigarpapiwear.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 Refunds
    •    Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
